PRF: Changes in the managing bodies of subsidiaries of AS PRFoods

Changes in the supervisory board of Saaremere Kala AS

Mairi Paiste, the current member of the supervisory board of Saaremere Kala AS, subsidiary of AS PRFoods, was recalled from the supervisory board and Helin Tiido and Emil Johannes Metsson were chosen the new members of the supervisory board. 

Helin Tiido works as the CFO of the group of AS PRFoods from January 2019. Helin Tiido worked previously as the director of finance and business support of OÜ Swissotel Estonia, subsidiary of AccorHotels Group. Helin Tiido has a long-term experience as a financial manager mainly in international production companies. Helin Tiido has no shares of AS PRFoods.

Emil Johannes Metsson is a financial analyst at Saaremere Kala AS since November 2018. Emil worked previously as a management consultant at Ascension Management LLC. Emil Johannes Metsson is a member of the management board of OÜ Tellure, Dao Capital OÜ and BMTG OÜ and owns 2,000 shares of AS PRFoods through a company related to him.

Changes in the management board of JRJ & PRF Limited

Kit Harrison is recalled from the management board of JRJ & PRF Limited, the Scottish subsidiary of Saaremere Kala AS, and Anna Crona is chosen the new member of the management board.

Anna Crona is the founder of personal marketing agency Crona Tamander & Co and in the digital production company STOPP Ltd. Anna Crona is the former marketing manager of IKEA branch of England and Ireland. Anna Crona has no shares of AS PRFoods. 

Changes in the management board of Trio Trading Ab Oy

Pekka Pentti Olavi Lahtinen is chosen the new member of the management board of Oy Trio Trading Ab, Finnish subsidiary of Saaremere Kala AS, who was previously substitute member of the mentioned management board.

Pekka Pentti Olavi Lahtinen has previously worked as a general manager of Heimon Kala Oy and has managed production activities in Vettel OÜ, both belonging to the AS PRFoods group. Pekka Pentti Olavi Lahtinen is also a substitute member of the management board of Överumans Fisk Ab belonging to the group of AS PRFoods. Pekka Pentti Olavi Lahtinen has no shares of AS PRFoods.
