PTC Saddened by Death of Board Member Renato Zambonini

NEEDHAM, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--

PTC (NASDAQ: PTC) regrets to report the death of Renato (Ron) Zambonini, a member of the PTC Board of Directors, who passed away on July 23, 2017. Mr. Zambonini had a long and distinguished career in the technology industry, including serving as CEO of Cognos from 1995 until his retirement in 2004. Mr. Zambonini served as a member of PTC’s board of directors from 2011 to 2017, including serving most recently as a member of PTC’s Compensation and Corporate Governance committees.
