AB Nasdaq Vilnius valdyba priėmė sprendimą išbraukti PST Group AB akcijas iš prekybos reguliuojamoje rinkoje

PST Group AB (toliau – Bendrovė) informuoja, kad AB Nasdaq Vilnius (toliau – Nasdaq) valdyba priėmė sprendimą išbraukti Bendrovės akcijas, ISIN LT0000101446, iš prekybos reguliuojamoje rinkoje Nasdaq, nustatydama šio sprendimo įsigaliojimo datą, 2025 m. gruodžio 31 d., – t. y., paskutinė prekybos Bendrovės akcijomis diena reguliuojamoje rinkoje Nasdaq yra 2025 m. gruodžio 31 d.

Šis sprendimas buvo priimtas atsižvelgiant į Bendrovės neeilinio visuotinio akcininkų susirinkimo, įvykusio 2025 m. birželio 30 d., sprendimą inicijuoti visų Bendrovės išleistų akcijų išbraukimą ir išbraukti jas iš prekybos reguliuojamoje rinkoje Nasdaq.
