PST Group AB neeilinio visuotinio akcininkų susirinkimo, įvykusio 2025 m. spalio 27 d., priimti nutarimai:



1. Audito įmonės pakeitimas ir audito paslaugų kainos nustatymas.

1.1. Atšaukti 2025-03-18 Bendrovės neeilinio visuotinio akcininkų susirinkimo metu išrinktą audito įmonę "KPMG Baltics", UAB, juridinio asmens kodas 111494971.

1.2. Išrinkti Grant Thornton Baltic UAB, juridinio asmens kodas 300056169, audito įmone PST Group AB 2025 m. ir 2026 m. finansinių ataskaitų rinkinių auditui atlikti.

1.3. Nustatyti audito įmonės Grant Thornton Baltic UAB mokestis už PST Group AB 2025 m. ir 2026 m. finansinių ataskaitų rinkinių auditą neviršytų 103‘500 Eur ir PVM.
