PST patikėtos naujo prekybos centro „Senukai“ statybos Vilniuje

Panevėžio statybos trestas (PST) pasirašė sutartį dėl pastato, kuriame įsikurs naujas prekybos centras „Senukai“, statybų Vilniuje. Jis iškils šalia Pilaitės mikrorajono formuojamoje prekybos ir pramogų centrų teritorijoje prie Pilaitės prospekto ir Vakarinio aplinkkelio. Projekto vertė viršija 7 mln. eurų (įskaitant PVM).

Sutartis pasirašyta su būsimo pastato savininke – UAB „Delta turtas“ (KS Holding grupė). Statybos darbai bus pradėti šių metų vasarį ir truks iki lapkričio. Jų metu iškils apie 9600 kv. m bendrojo ploto prekybos paskirties patalpos, taip pat bus sutvarkytas plėtojamos teritorijos gerbūvis, pėsčiųjų ir dviračių takai, įrengti įvažiavimai. Šalia prekybos centro suplanuota 225 vietų automobilių stovėjimo aikštelė.

Pastato pirmajame aukšte bus įrengtos prekybos, prekių laikymo ir pagalbinės patalpos, o antresolėje įsikurs prekybos centro administracijos biuras. Greta taip pat numatyta lauko ekspozicinė aikštelė, kurioje vyks sezoninė prekyba augalais bei kitomis prekėmis.
