Aktietilbagekøbsprogram

SELSKABSMEDDELELSE NR. 11/2021 – 8. MARTS 2021

Den 3. marts 2021 igangsatte Royal Unibrew det offentliggjorte aktietilbagekøbsprogram, jf. selskabsmeddelelse nr. 9/2021 af 3. marts 2021. Programmet gennemføres i henhold til art. 5 i Europa-Parlamentets og Rådets forordning (EU) nr. 596/2014 af 16. april 2014 om markedsmisbrug (forordningen om markedsmisbrug – MAR) og deraf delegerede lovregler. Aktietilbagekøbsprogrammet forventes at blive gennemført i perioden fra 4. marts 2021 og frem til 30. juni 2021. Det samlede aktietilbagekøbsprogram i perioden vil maksimalt andrage en kursværdi på DKK 250 mio.

Efter ovennævnte transaktioner ejer Royal Unibrew 772.683 egne aktier svarende til 1,6% af selskabets aktiekapital. Det samlede antal aktier i virksomheden er i alt 49.350.000, inklusive egne aktier.
