Royal Unibrew's acquisition of Bev.Con ApS

COMPANY ANNOUNCEMENT NO 70/2018 – 7 DECEMBER 2018

In Company Announcement no 40/2018 of 29 June 2018 Royal Unibrew A/S announced that realization of the acquisition of Bev.Con ApS is subject to approval by the Danish competition authorities.

The Danish Competition and Consumer Authority has informed Royal Unibrew A/S that it will not be able to complete the procedure prior to 31 December 2018. Thus, the acquisition cannot be completed before the end of 2018 as previously expected. The parties expect the process finalized in Q1 2019.
