SELSKABSMEDDELELSE NR. 15/2021 – 1. ARPIL 2021

I henhold til kapitalmarkedsloven § 38(1) skal Royal Unibrew A/S herved offentliggøre, at selskabet har modtaget meddelelse fra BlackRock Investment Management (UK) Limited, 12 Throgmorton Avenue, London EC2N 2DL, UK om, at der den 31. marts 2021 indtrådte en ændring i BlackRock, Inc.’s indirekte beholdning af aktier i Royal Unibrew.

BlackRock, Inc. besidder herefter indirekte via flere datterselskaber i alt 9,90% af aktiekapitalen og stemme­ret­tig­he­derne i Royal Unibrew A/S, hvor 9,90% er knyttet til aktier i selskabet og 0,0% er knyttet til finansielle instrumenter baseret på selskabets aktier.
