Exploring the possibility of issuing Tier 2 capital

As part of the ongoing effort to optimise its capital structure, Ringkjøbing Landbobank has decided to explore the possibility of issuing new Tier 2 capital.

For this purpose Ringkjøbing Landbobank has granted a mandate to Nordea Bank Abp to explore the market and arrange investor meetings and, if there is satisfactory market interest, subsequently to handle the offering process together with the bank.
