Ringkjøbing Landbobank issues Tier 2 capital

We refer to our company announcement of 13 August 2019 and advise that Ringkjøbing Landbobank will issue Tier 2 capital in a total amount of EUR 100 million with effect from 22 August 2019.

The issue has a maturity of ten years with a first call (redemption) option after five years. The interest for the entire term to maturity is agreed at a three-month Euribor rate + a margin of 175 basis points and with fixing of interest every three months.

The issue, which is arranged by Nordea Bank Abp, will be listed on the London Stock Exchange, and the buyers are various institutional investors.

The issue is part of the bank’s ongoing capital planning.
