Berlin, December 6, 2018 - Rocket Internet SE (ISIN DE000A12UKK6) has acquired a total of 1,860,486 own shares between September 20, 2018 and November 23, 2018 through a public share buyback program. Today, these 1,860,486 own shares were redeemed and thus the share capital of the company was reduced from EUR 154,374,884.00 by EUR 1,860,486.00 to EUR 152,514,398.00.
