RLI Promotes Jeffrey D. Fick to Senior Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Kathleen M. Kappes to Vice President, Human Resources

RLI Corp. (NYSE: RLI) -- RLI Corp. announced today that it has promoted Jeffrey D. Fick to Senior Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Kathleen M. Kappes to Vice President, Human Resources.

Fick joined RLI in 2005 as Vice President, Human Resources. Prior to joining RLI, he served in legal and human resources executive roles at HNI Corporation. Fick has 30 years of experience as an attorney and human resources executive. He holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and law degree from the University of Iowa.

Kappes joined RLI in 2006 as Compensation & Benefits Accountant, Human Resources and held various roles within the department before being promoted to Assistant Vice President, Human Resources in 2012. Prior to joining RLI, Kappes served as a compensation analyst at State Farm Insurance. She has extensive experience in compensation, benefits and human resources. Kappes holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in accounting from Bradley University. She is a CPA and holds the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter designation.

RLI Increases Regular Dividend for 50th Consecutive Year

PEORIA, Ill.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- RLI Corp. (NYSE: RLI) announced today its Board of Directors has declared a first quarter regular cash dividend of $0.15 per share, a 3.4% increase over the prior quarter. The dividend is payable on March 20, 2025, to shareholders of record as of February 28, 2025. RLI has increased dividends in each of the last 50 years.
