(Nasdaq: RTK) (“Rentech” or the “Company”) securities during the period between November 9, 2016 and February 20, 2017, inclusive (the “Class Period”). According to the complaint, following a February 21, 2017 press release announcing that Rentech would idle the Wawa facility due to equipment and operational issues that would require additional capital investment, the value of Rentech shares declined significantly.
