Med henvisning til Kapitalmarkedslovens §30 oplyses hermed, at RTX A/S har modtaget meddelelse fra Danske Bank A/S om, at Danske Bank A/S pr. den 20. marts 2020 har en beholdning på i alt 452.256 aktier i RTX A/S, svarende til 5,05% af den samlede aktiekapital og stemmerettigheder i RTX A/S.

Danske Bank A/S’ ejerskab af aktiekapital og kontrol med stemmerettigheder består af 4,84% indirekte og 0,21% direkte besiddelse gennem Danica Pension Livsforsikringsaktieselskab, Danica Pension Försäkringsaktiebolag, Investeringsforeningen Danske Invest og Danske Invest SICAV.
