Nomination de Thomas Hüser en qualité de Directeur général, suite à la démission de Jacky Gofflot

Le groupe Recylex (Euronext Paris : FR0000120388 - RX) annonce aujourd'hui la décision du Conseil d’administration de Recylex S.A. de nommer Monsieur Thomas Hüser, Président du Conseil d’administration, en qualité de Directeur général, suivant la démission de Monsieur Jacky Gofflot avec effet au 15 novembre 2021,

Les fonctions de Directeur général et de Président du Conseil d’administration seront exercées cumulativement par Monsieur Thomas Hüser qui entend poursuivre la stratégie et les processus déjà engagés visant la préservation des emplois, la vente d’actifs et la restructuration de la dette1.
