PAYMENT OF THE DIVIDEND TO SHAREHOLDERS



The Board of Directors has decided to submit to Rexel’s Shareholders’ Meeting to be held on May 23, 2019, the payment of a dividend of €0.44 per share.

The ex-date is July 3, 2019. The payment of the dividend will be made on July 5, 2019.
