Le document d’enregistrement universel 2019 comprenant le rapport financier annuel relatif à l’exercice 2019 a été déposé auprès de l’Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) le 9 mars 2020 sous le numéro D. 20-0111.

Le document d’enregistrement universel inclut notamment :

  • le rapport sur le gouvernement d’entreprise établi par le Conseil d’administration (y compris la politique de rémunération des mandataires sociaux) ;
  • le descriptif du programme de rachat d’actions propres ; et
  • la déclaration de performance extra-financière.
