Confirmation regarding provision of services in Germany has been received

Šiaulių Bankas AB, company code 112025254, domicile address Tilžės st. 149, Šiauliai, Lithuania.

Šiaulių Bankas (hereinafter referred to as the Bank) received a notification from the German Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (in German: BBundesanstaltfürFinanzdienstleistungsaufsicht, abbrv. - BaFin) which confirms that pursuant to Article 39 of the Directive 2013/36 / EU of the European Parliament and of the Council dated 26 June 2013, the Bank may provide the services in Germany it has listed in its notification transmitted to BaFin through the Bank of Lithuania.

The Bank will offer a fixed term deposit service to customers residing outside Lithuania to diversify its financing portfolio. And first of all, the Bank will offer it to customers in Germany.
