Trivident Becomes First SDL Web Certified Training Partner

SDL today announced that Trivident, a digital technology company providing consultancy and development services across a range of sectors, has become the first SDL Web Certified Training Partner.

An SDL systems integration partner since March 2015, Trivident is the first to join the recently launched training program. Trivident will work closely with SDL’s in-house training team to shape and ensure its SDL Web technical and business curriculum meets client expectations. As a Certified Training Partner, Trivident is seen as an extension of the SDL training team which has responsibility for creating and delivering training course curriculum and content to customers of SDL Web.

The program, which launched January 2017, allows SDL to offer a full curriculum of training with the credibility of having globally located trainers who offer a deep understanding of the products and customer needs.

Speaking about the partnership, Ron Grisnich, SDL Web Specialist and Managing Partner, Trivident, said, “We are very excited to take the long-standing relationship with SDL to the next level by becoming the first Certified Training Partner. Together we will provide first-class trainings to SDL customers and partners.”

“We are delighted that Trivident has joined the program,” said Thomas Labarthe, EVP Business and Corporate Development at SDL. “With its level of expertise and experience, Trivident brings an additional dimension to our SDL Web course development and certification program.”

The SDL Certified Training Partner program offers partners a full curriculum of technical and business training courses to assist customers with their initial implementation and ongoing training needs. Open to existing partners only, the SDL Certified Training Partner program requires trainers to be SDL Web Certified and participate in an extensive “train the trainer” program that covers product deep dives, training delivery techniques and regular assessments.

Only SDL Certified Training Partners will be able to deliver SDL Training courses.
