Semperit: Executive Board mandate of CFO Helmut Sorger extended until 2028
Thomas Cord Prinzhorn, Chairman of Semperit’s Supervisory Board: “Helmut Sorger has played a key role in shaping the strategic realignment of Semperit as a leading supplier of industrial elastomers. The extension of his contract is a sign of continuity and our ongoing strong focus on sustainably expanding our market position and cost leadership. We will continue to drive our value-creating growth and the digitalization of our business on this strong basis, thus further improving our customer orientation and our profitability.” From March 1, 2025, the Executive Board of Semperit AG Holding will consist of the following four members: Karl Haider (CEO – until March 31, 2025), Manfred Stanek (CEO-designate – CEO from April 1, 2025), Helmut Sorger (CFO), Gerfried Eder (CIO).
