Sport Endurance Enters into Definitive Agreements to Acquire TruPet and Bona Vida

BROOKLYN, N.Y., March 01, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Sport Endurance, Inc. (OTCQB: SENZ) (the “Company”), to be reincorporated as Better Choice Company, Inc., today announced entering into definitive agreements to acquire TruPet LLC (“TruPet”), a family-owned animal health company dedicated to supplying the TruDog line of nutritional treats, supplements, and pet care products for dogs, cats, and horses, and Bona Vida Inc. (“Bona Vida”), a CBD platform, focused on developing a portfolio of brand and product verticals within the animal and human health and wellness space. Financial terms of the transactions were not disclosed.
