KH Group Oyj laskee ohjeistustaan vuodelle 2024.

Yhtiö tiedotti 7.6.2024 HTJ-myyntiin liittyvän pörssitiedotteen yhteydessä, että myynnin vaikutusten jälkeen KH Groupin pro forma -ohjeistus vuodelle 2024 oli seuraava: liikevaihto 370–390 milj. euroa ja liikevoitto 9–13 miljoonaa euroa sisältäen Indoorin Viron kiinteistökaupan myyntivoiton. Siten aiempaa 30.4.2024 annettua ohjeistusta päivitettiin ainoastaan poistamalla HTJ:n pro forma lukujen suuruinen osuus tilikauden liikevaihdosta ja liikevoitosta. Samassa yhteydessä tiedotettiin, että jatkossa HTJ:n tilikauden 2024 liikevaihto, liikevoitto ja konsernin myyntivoitto esitetään lopetetuissa toiminnoissa.

Päivitetyn ohjeistuksen mukaan yhtiö arvioi nykyisellä konsernirakenteella vuoden 2024 pro forma -liikevaihdoksi 340–360 milj. euroa ja -liikevoitoksi 4–7 milj. euroa.

Ohjeistuksen laskeminen perustuu Indoor Groupin ennakoitua alhaisempaan liikevaihtoon ja liikevoittoon sekä ensimmäisen että toisen vuosipuoliskon 2024 aikana. Yleinen markkinoiden epävarmuus, Suomessa toteutuneet työtaistelutoimenpiteet ja Indoor Groupin uuden ERP-järjestelmän käyttöönotto vaikuttavat heikentävästi KH Groupin liikevaihtoon ja liikevoittoon. Huonekalualan markkinatilanteen ei oleteta paranevan vuoden 2024 jälkimmäisellä vuosipuoliskolla.

KH Group -konsernin ennakoidaan jäävän toisella vuosineljänneksellä vertailukauden pro forma -luvuista. Vertailukaudella raportoitiin ilman HTJ:n lopetettuja toimintoja liikevaihtoa 93,2 milj. euroa ja liikevoittoa 0,3 milj. euroa.

Yhtiö julkaisee vuoden 2024 tammi-kesäkuun puolivuosikatsauksen perjantaina 16.8.2024.
