Launching today through December 15, Canadians can enter the 10 Days of Giveaways contest by following Freedom Mobile’s , and accounts, and participating in the daily challenges posted to each social media platform. Freedom Mobile will also be giving each daily contest winner the opportunity to make a charitable donation matching the dollar amount they won to a registered charity of their choice.
The $10,000 being given out throughout the contest represents what Canadians could pay in overage fees if they used 100 gigabytes worth of extra data from other providers, who charge up to $1 per additional megabyte, or a staggering $100 per additional gigabyte. The 10 Days of Giveaways contest leverages Freedom Mobile’s unprecedented Big Binge Bonus offer — giving eligible customers 100 GB of bonus high-speed LTE data on select plans when they get a new handset on a two-year term.
