Zurich, 24. September 2024

Today, Swiss Life successfully placed a EUR 500 million dated subordinated bond with final maturity in 2044, first callable in October 2034 (coupon until first call date: 4.241%). The bonds were placed with investors in the European market. The net proceeds of the bonds will be used for general corporate purposes, including potential future debt refinancing.
