Singing Machine Signs License Agreement with Talpa Global for ‘The Voice’

Singing Machine and Talpa partner to create ‘The Voice Karaoke’ consumer products

Fort Lauderdale, FL, April 09, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Singing Machine Company, Inc. (“Singing Machine” or the “Company”) (OTCQX: SMDM) – the worldwide leader in consumer karaoke products – announces it has entered into a three-year multi-country licensing agreement with Talpa Global for the hit show THE VOICE. Under the terms of the Agreement, Singing Machine will be launching a range of consumer karaoke products for distribution in multiple countries around the world, starting in Fall 2019.

The star-studded competition show is the best-selling unscripted format of the last decade with 67 local productions and has already taken home numerous awards, including 4 Emmy's, 4 Producers Guild Awards and 5 People’s Choice Awards.
