Oslo, 30. oktober 2018 – Daglig leder Andreas Martinussen har sagt opp sin stilling i selskapet. Han fortsetter i stillingen til ny daglig leder har tiltrådt. Styret har igangsatt rekrutteringsarbeid, og regner med å ha ny daglig leder på plass innen kort tid.

Uttalelse fra styreleder: Andreas har gjort en fantastisk innsats i jobben ved å bringe Solon dit vi er i dag. Nå er Solon klar til neste skritt i utviklingen, og i god prosess med å etablere ny ledelse.

Uttalelse fra daglig leder: Jeg er svært takknemlig for alle årene i Solon, og det er vemodig å forlate gode venner og kollegaer. Heldigvis er selskapet godt rustet til å gjøre det minst like bra framover.

Q3 EBIT was below our forecast as units delivered had a lower than expected value and margins were lower. However, with the sale of the operations in Rogaland booked as a financial gain, EPS was in line with our expectation. Given SBB Norden’s upcoming mandatory offer for all shares in Solon Eiendom at NOK44 each in cash, we reinstate our recommendation with a HOLD (NO REC) and a target price of NOK44 (N/A).
