Suominen's financial information and Annual General Meeting in 2019



In 2019, Suominen Corporation will disclose the following financial releases:



Financial Statement Release 2018 on Thursday 31 January approximately at 8:00 am

Interim Report January – March on Wednesday 24 April approximately at 3.00 pm

Half Year Report January – June on Wednesday 7 August approximately at 1.00 pm

Interim Report January – September on Tuesday 22 October approximately at 3.00 pm.



The Annual Report 2018, including Non-Financial report, Report by the Board of Directors, Financial statements, Corporate Governance Statement and Remuneration Statement, will be published on Tuesday, 26 February 2019 at the latest. The Annual General Meeting is tentatively scheduled for Tuesday, 19 March 2019.



All times are Eastern European Time (EET/EEST). All financial releases are published in Finnish and in English.



Closed and silent period



Suominen applies the principle of closed period before the publications of its financial reports. The time frame of the closed period is 30 calendar days. During the closed period, defined Directors and Core persons of Suominen may not trade or conduct other transactions relating to the share or another financial instrument of the company. In 2019, the closed periods are scheduled as follows:



2–31 January

26 March – 24 April

9 July – 7 August

23 September – 22 October



Additionally, Suominen applies the principle on silent period. It commences 30 days prior to the publishing of a financial report and ends on the date publishing thereof. No investor meetings are organized during the silent period nor are the Group’s financial results or development commented.
