AS-i Tallink Grupp laenulepingute muudatused

AS-i Tallink Grupp ja tema laenuandjad sõlmisid laenulepingute muudatused, mille kohaselt lükatakse edasi põhiosade tagasimakseid ning lepiti kokku finantseritingimuste täitmisest vabastused. Laenude lõpptähtajad ei muutunud. Alates 2021. aasta teisest kvartalist kuni 2022. aasta esimese kvartali lõpuni planeeritud graafikujärgsed laenude põhiosa tagasimaksed, kokku summas 82,1 miljonit eurot liidetakse iga vastava laenu viimasele maksele. Edasi lükatud maksete summa 2021. majandusaastal on 67,4 miljonit eurot. 

Tagasimaksegraafikute muudatus parandab oluliselt Tallinki likviidsuspositsiooni ja annab Tallinkile suurema paindlikkuse, et säilitada piisav käibekapital äri taastamiseks keerulises majanduskeskkonnas.
