AS-i Tallink Grupp laenulepingute muudatused

AS-i Tallink Grupp ja tema laenuandjate pankade poolt allkirjastatud laenulepingute muudatused jõustusid täna, muudatuste kohaselt lükatakse edasi laenude 2020. aasta põhiosa tagasimaksed kokku summas 61 miljonit eurot ja liidetakse iga vastava laenu viimasele maksele. Laenude lõpptähtajad ja intressimarginaalid ei muutunud. Samuti kiideti heaks laenude eritingimuste muudatuste taotlused.

Tagasimaksegraafikute muudatus parandab oluliselt Tallinki likviidsuspositsiooni ja annab Tallinkile suurema paindlikkuse, et säilitada keerulises majanduskeskkonnas piisav käibekapital.
