WATERLOO, Ontario, Nov. 30, 2023 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Teledyne DALSA freut sich, bekannt zu geben, dass die ™-Familie von vollintegrierten Hochgeschwindigkeits- und hochauflösenden Zeilenkamera-Modulen in Produktion ist. Diese einfach zu bedienenden Contact Image Sensoren (CIS) vereinen Sensoren, Objektive und Beleuchtungen in einem Gerät und stellen ein kostengünstiges Inspektionssystem für viele anspruchsvolle Bildverarbeitungsanwendungen dar.

AxCIS basiert auf mehrzeiligen CMOS-Bildsensoren von Teledyne und liefert Zeilenraten von bis zu 120 kHz für monochrome oder 60 kHz x 2 für HDR-Bildaufnahmen bei einer Pixelgröße von 28 µm oder 900 dpi Auflösung, so dass Defekte mit beispielloser Präzision erkannt werden können.

Das einzigartige Sensordesign deckt das gesamte Sichtfeld ohne fehlende Pixel ab und liefert ein zu 100% nahtloses Bild ohne jegliche Interpolation. Die HDR-Bildgebung wird durch zwei Zeilen mit unabhängiger Belichtungssteuerung erreicht. Dies ermöglicht eine bessere Erkennbarkeit von stark reflektierenden Materialien mit verbessertem Dynamikbereich und ist ideal für Anwendungen wie die Messtechnik.

AxCIS wurde so konzipiert, dass es für verschiedene Sichtfelder skalierbar ist. Mit seinem kleinen Formfaktor und dem staubdichten Design passt AxCIS fast überall in Ihr System, selbst bei begrenztem vertikalem Abstand. Die Camera Link HS SFP+-Glasfaserschnittstelle von AxCIS liefert hochauflösende Bilder über kostengünstige, lange Standardkabel (bis zu 300 m) mit hoher Zuverlässigkeit der Datenübertragung.
