法国格勒诺布尔, Feb. 25, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Teledyne科技[纽约证券交易所代码: TDY]旗下公司、全球成像解决方案创新者Teledyne e2v推出先进的高速CMOS图像传感器 ‎。该新型传感器采用Teledyne e2v的先进成像技术,在可见光和近红外(NIR)波长下均能‎增强性能,使其成为各种商业、工业和医疗应用的理想之选。‎

Lince5M NIR是一款单色图像传感器,分辨率为520万像素(2,560 x 2,048)。该新型传感‎器以既有的 为基础,在可见光和近红外波长下兼具高速性能与高量子效率(850 nm时为35%)。它‎使用24个LVDS输出通道,实现250 fps(全‎分辨率、12位ADC)的高帧率。Lince5M NIR为需要在极高速度和低光条件下提供清晰图像的苛刻应用提供卓越性能,例如运动捕获、体育分析、工业计量、视网膜成像和智能交通监控。该图像传感器围绕Teledyne e2v的5 µm全局快门像素而设计,在标准模式下提供55 dB的动态范围,在高动态范围模式下提供超过100 dB的动态范围,非常适合观察高对比度场景。‎

Lince5M NIR使用坚固的28 x 28毫米181 PGA‎‎(引脚网格阵列)陶瓷封装,采用1英寸光学格式,兼容各种C接口镜头,可实现经济高效的摄像机集成。Lince5M NIR的工作温度范围为-40°C至125°C,室内和室外应用皆‎宜。‎
