The Board of Telia Lietuva, AB (hereinafter ‘the Company’ or ‘Telia Lietuva’) has appointed Giedrė Kaminskaitė-Salters as Head of the newly established Direct and Digital Channels unit that will consolidate the Company’s sales and customer experience management.
