Tecogen Presents Forklift Emissions Results at 2018 World LPG Forum
WALTHAM, Mass., Oct. 02, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- (NASDAQ: TGEN), a clean energy company providing ultra-efficient, clean, natural gas powered on-site power, heating and cooling equipment, is pleased to announce that today it will be presenting the results of its forklift truck emissions program at the 2018 World LPG Forum in Houston, Texas. The presentation will be given by Robert Panora, Tecogen’s President and COO. Mr. Panora will review the test results from the Company’s adaptation of its Ultera emissions aftertreatment system to an LPG (liquified petroleum gas or commercial propane) forklift truck supplied by its OEM partner on the project, Mitsubishi Caterpillar Forklift America Inc. Also discussed in the presentation will be the next phase of the project whereby trials will be done with modified tuning of the Mitsubishi engine to enhance Tecogen’s patented Ultera process. This final development step is required to achieve the program goal of a commercially available, near-zero emissions forklift truck fueled by propane.
