ATHENS, Greece, June 18, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- TEN Ltd. (NYSE: TEN) (“TEN” or the “Company”), a leading diversified crude, product and LNG tanker operator, today announced that its Thirty-Second General Annual Meeting of Shareholders was duly held in Athens on June 12, 2025, pursuant to a Notice of Annual Meeting of Shareholders dated April 30, 2025 (“the Notice”). The meeting was conducted with a quorum of its common shares represented either in person or by proxy, and all proposed resolutions were approved by at least 94.6% or higher of the votes cast.
