TransUnion Increases Second Quarter 2022 Dividend to $0.105 per Share

CHICAGO, Aug. 11, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- TransUnion (NYSE: TRU) today announced that its Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.105 per share for the second quarter 2022. This marks the second increase to the dividend since the first quarter 2021. The dividend will be payable on September 9, 2022, to shareholders of record on August 25, 2022.
