AS Tallinna Sadam invites all the stakeholders to join its investor conference webinar, introducing the unaudited results for Q3 2025. The webinar is scheduled for 10 November 2025.

Tallinna Sadam is one of the largest cargo- and passenger port complexes in the Baltic Sea region. In addition to passenger and freight services, Tallinna Sadam group also operates in shipping business via its subsidiaries – OÜ TS Laevad provides ferry services between the Estonian mainland and the largest islands, and OÜ TS Shipping charters its multifunctional vessel Botnica for icebreaking and offshore services in Estonia and projects abroad. Tallinna Sadam group is also a shareholder of an associate AS Green Marine, which provides waste management services.

AS Tallinna Sadam operational volumes for 2025 Q3 and 9 months In 2025 Q3, 3.4 million tonnes of cargo and 2.8 million passengers passed through the harbours of Tallinna Sadam. Compared to the same period previous year, cargo volumes increased +8% i.e. 244 thousand tonnes and the number of passengers increased by +1.4% i.e. 37 thousand passengers. ASi Tallinna Sadam 2025. aasta III kvartali ja 9 kuu tegevusmahud 2025. aasta III kvartalis läbis Tallinna Sadama sadamaid 3,4 miljonit tonni kaupa ja 2,8 miljonit reisijat. Additional work of the icebreaker Botnica The subsidiary company of AS Tallinna Sadam, OÜ TS Shipping, signed an agreement with Atlantic Towing Limited for chartering multifunctional icebreaker Botnica starting 10 September, 2025 for the period of 15 days with an additional option to extend the period day-by-day up to 60 days in total.
