Tyler Technologies Expands Presence in Ohio with Two Financial Management Solution Agreements

Tyler Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: TYL) signed agreements with the city of Zanesville, Ohio, and Five Rivers MetroParks in Dayton, Ohio, for Tyler’s Incode® financials solution. These two new Ohio clients join more than 150 other Tyler clients in the state.

Tyler will provide the city of Zanesville with the Incode financial management suite, personnel management suite, and customer relationship management suite to track major business functions for the city’s various departments. The city will also use Tyler’s EnerGov permitting, land management, and regulatory suite, as well as the Tyler Content Manager solution. Tyler will also provide Incode, as well as Tyler’s ExecuTime time and record keeping solution, to Five Rivers MetroParks in Dayton. Celebrating more than 50 years of preserving green space and natural areas, Five Rivers MetroParks is a nationally renowned park system composed of natural area parks, gardens, high-quality river corridors, urban parks and a network of recreation trails. Incode and ExecuTime will help the park system more effectively track payments and personnel changes and updates, and more easily manage the park system’s resources.

Both clients will benefit from access to Tyler U, Tyler’s continuing education platform and online resource. Clients have access to hundreds of e-learning courses spanning the entire suite of Tyler applications and 24/7 online support. Tyler U offers unlimited access to on-demand continuing professional education courses certified by the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) and government compliance courses such as HIPAA compliance and workplace harassment prevention.

The city of Zanesville is about 55 miles east of Ohio’s capital, Columbus, and has a population of just over 25,000.
