United American Corp Announces that TNW Wireless Inc has Received Approval for the Transfer of Spectrum Licenses into its Name by Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada (ISED)
TNW Wireless now awaits decision on wholesale roaming agreements from Bell Mobility Inc. (Bell) and Telus Corporation (Telus) through its CRTC Part 1 Application
MIAMI, Dec. 06, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- via OTC PR WIRE--Canadian based TNW Wireless Inc. ("TNW Wireless") and Miami-based United American Corp ("UnitedCorp") () announced today that on December 4, 2018, Innovation Science and Economic Development Canada ("ISED") approved and completed the transfer of two wireless spectrum licenses into the name of TNW Wireless.
TNW Wireless' (formerly known as RuralCom Corporation) shares were acquired by Investel Capital Corporation (Canada) in December 2016 and the license transfer is an administrative process which is required by ISED whenever there is a change in control of licensed spectrum.
