LITTLE ROCK, Ark., May 05, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Uniti Group Inc. (“Uniti”) (Nasdaq: UNIT) announced today that it has changed the date of its previously announced financial results and conference call due to the timing of the scheduled court hearing that is to take place on May 7, 2020 relating to the settlement agreement with Windstream. Uniti will now report its first quarter 2020 financial results after the close of trading on the Nasdaq Stock Exchange on May 11, 2020. A conference call to discuss those earnings will be held the same day at 4:15 PM Eastern Time.
