Valoe Changes Its Communication Policy for New Orders. Solar Power Plant Delivery to the New Parking House at Helsinki Airport Is an Important Reference for Valoe.

Valoe Corporation (the “Company”) changes its communication policy regarding new orders. Previously, the company has only published orders exceeding about EUR 400,000. In the future the Company will also disclose orders with lower monetary value if the orders are otherwise important to the Company, for example because of their reference value or if they involve new technology.

The Company has several technology development projects underway, for example relating to the so-called off-form modules. As previously disclosed, Valoe is involved in a promising development project for developing odd-form modules with the IBC technology for the automotive industry among others. In addition, the Company has development projects related to integrating solar modules into an electrical appliance, clothing, or a building.

On 7 November 2019 the Company disclosed an order for a solar power plant to be delivered to the new parking house at the Helsinki Airport. The value of the order is significant for Valoe but does not exceed the publishing threshold Valoe used earlier. The total value of the order is 200.000 – 300.000 euros, however, the order is a good example of Valoe’s successful development projects and a very important reference for the Company as a building-integrated installation and as a solution for parking places and electric vehicle charging. There are numerous similar properties, i.e. parking houses and parking lots in the world and, in the Company's view, the use of solar electricity in cars during the parking including the electric vehicle charging will increase significantly. The solar power plant Valoe will now deliver for the new parking house at the Helsinki Airport is easily to be adopted to other similar sites.
