Valoe Oyj:n (”Yhtiö”) hallitus on päättänyt siirtää Yhtiön varsinaisen yhtiökokouksen myöhemmin ilmoitettavaan ajankohtaan yrityssaneerausmenettelystä johtuen. Valoen saneerausohjelmaehdotuksen on määrä valmistua 14.6.2024 mennessä. Varsinainen yhtiökokous pidetään kesäkuun 2024 loppuun mennessä. Aiemmin tiedotetun mukaisesti varsinainen yhtiökokous oli tarkoitus järjestää 31.5.2024.

Valoe Oyj:n hallitus kutsuu varsinaisen yhtiökokouksen koolle myöhemmin.
