Verkkokauppa.com Oyj:n varsinainen yhtiökokous 4.4.2024 päätti, että 50 prosenttia jäsenten vuosipalkkiosta maksetaan neljässä yhtä suuressa erässä markkinoilta hankittavina Verkkokauppa.comin osakkeina tai vaihtoehtoisesti käyttämällä yhtiön hallussa olevia omia osakkeita. Tämän päätöksen mukaisesti Enel Sintoselle on luovutettu yhteensä 1 953 osaketta seuraavasti:
