Verkkokauppa.com Oyj:n varsinainen yhtiökokous 31.3.2020 päätti, että 50 prosenttia hallituksen puheenjohtajan ja jäsenten vuosipalkkiosta maksetaan neljässä yhtä suuressa erässä markkinoilta hankittavina Verkkokauppa.comin osakkeina tai vaihtoehtoisesti käyttämällä yhtiön hallussa olevia omia osakkeita. Tämän päätöksen mukaisesti Arja Talmalle on luovutettu yhteensä 453 osaketta seuraavasti:
