Valvoline Inc. Declares Dividend on Common Stock

The board of directors of Valvoline Inc. (NYSE: VVV) today declared a quarterly cash dividend of 4.9 cents per share on ValvolineTM common stock. The dividend is payable on June 15, 2017 to shareholders of record on June 1, 2017. As of March 31, 2017, there were 204,531,221 shares of Valvoline common stock outstanding.
