Registration of capital increase and company conversion of subsidiary Danish Medtech ApS.

As announced in company announcement No. 10 of June 21th, 2019, Waturu Holding A/S´s subsidiary Danish Medtech ApS is completing a capital increase in connection with the company being converted into an limited company. The company also changes its name to WATGEN MEDICAL A/S.

The capital increase and conversion will be registered with the Danish Business Authority.

Following the capital increase, WATGEN MEDICAL A/S share capital is nominally DKK 400,000, -

Waturu Holding A/S maintains the expectation to complete a Pre-IPO capital increase for WATGEN MEDICAL A/S before the 31th October, 2019.
