Wells Fargo Launches Enhanced Online Newsroom

Wells Fargo & Company (NYSE: WFC) today announced it has launched an enhanced corporate online newsroom, a key source for information, resources, and the latest news about Wells Fargo for members of the media and other audiences. The new mobile-friendly site provides up-to-date news and information about Wells Fargo in a concise, easy-to-navigate format.

“Launching an enhanced newsroom gives us an opportunity to connect more deeply with key constituents – including members of the media, our customers, and other individuals that want to learn more about our company,” said Oscar Suris, executive vice president and head of Corporate Communications for Wells Fargo. “The new site was created with today’s deadline-driven and multimedia environment in mind, giving members of the media the ability to find breaking and archived news about Wells Fargo. It also was built in a way that serves as a foundation for additional enhancement over time.”

The Wells Fargo online newsroom provides journalists a one-stop-shop for news releases, photos, infographics and b-roll video, as well as links to key corporate and financial information. One of the most useful features of the site allows visitors to sign-up to receive email notifications whenever a Wells Fargo news release is distributed. Visitors can elect to receive notifications for all releases or only those about a certain business area or topic.
