Ströer and SPORTTOTAL announce partnership

* In future, Ströer will be marketing sporttotal.tv on regional and local levels
* sporttotal.tv will also be featured on coverage champion t-online.de
* More than 4,000 games aired live in the 2018/2019 season

Cologne, 8 October 2018. SE & Co. KGaA, a leading digital multi-channel media player and SPORTTOTAL AG have forged an extensive partnership. In an initial step Ströer will be marketing the diverse advertising platforms featured on sporttotal.tv, Germany's largest amateur sports streaming platform, to local and regional companies. At the same time, in future, the sporttotal.tv contents will be available for viewing on t-online.de, Germany's news webportal achieving the most extensive coverage nation-wide. Reporting 26,7 million unique users in August 2018 alone, t-online ranks as the undisputed market leader.

Ströer to be marketing with pinpoint precision while leveraging t-online's area-wide coverage

Amateur football, national League volleyball, as well as pilot hockey and ice hockey offerings
In the 2018/2019 season, Sporttotal.tv is set to be airing around 4,000 matches from three of the five football regional leauges, 14 upper leagues, 16 club leagues, 26 national leagues, as well as 23 district leagues and 7 national classes. To ensure this coverage, sporttotal.tv has equipped 300 amateur football clubs in the German amateur leagues with a special camera technology enabling the fully automatic, high quality live broadcasting of football matches. In addition, sporttotal.tv will be hosting the women's and men's volleyball national league. At present, the venues of all 24 national league clubs are being equipped with the fully automated sporttotal.tv camera technology. Matches will also be streamed of the women's and men's second division league. Pilot projects involving additional sports types such as hockey and ice hockey, as well as events in the sports city Dusseldorf are currently underway.
