planning to cooperate on a college eSport programme in the US market

Cologne, June 29, 2020. sporttotal.tv gmbh, one of Germany's largest multi-sport streaming platforms and a wholly-owned subsidiary of SPORTTOTAL AG, and G3 Collegiate Esports LLC (G3E) as well as other companies in the American Gaud-Hammer Gaming Group are planning to cooperate in developing a college eSport programme. A corresponding declaration of intent has been signed. G3 Collegiate Esports LLC - with headquarters in New Jersey/USA - intends to initiate a college conference for American eSports under the protected brand name "Conference One" (CF1). sporttotal.tv gmbh will provide the necessary streaming and content management infrastructure and take responsibility for the technology required for the entire project.

The CF1 programme will be implemented via the platform technology supplied by sporttotal.tv gmbh and is expected to launch in autumn 2020. The content produced weekly for CF1 is expected to be published via Twitch, Mixer and YouTube channels.

Entry into the high-growth eSport market
The new partnership will allow sporttotal.tv gmbh to gain access to the high-growth eSport market.
