SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--
COMPCLOUD 2017 - Xactly, (NYSE:XTLY) a leading provider of cloud-based incentive solutions, unveiled the new face of Xactly Connect™ today.
The new user interface (UI) enables customers and partners to easily schedule and move data seamlessly between Xactly Incent™ software and their broader application ecosystem. With a new pre-built API integration with Workday, and added JDBC driver capabilities for Connect, customers gain the agility and visibility to easily integrate data and automate their incentive compensation processes.
Xactly Connect is one of the fastest growing offerings in Xactly’s suite of SPM solutions. Customers and partners are using it to create hundreds of data integrations between Xactly and their other critical applications, including Salesforce CRM and on-premise ERP systems.
“For companies to be successful, they need full and unmitigated access to their data – no matter what system it originated from or currently resides in,” said Ron Rasmussen, CTO of Xactly. “Xactly Connect provides the industry’s most seamless data integration experience for users – allowing them to strategically use their compensation data to supercharge their existing business applications or build new ones - creating new business efficiencies, opportunities and results.”
Xactly Connect is a data and ETL web service and Open API platform that provides automated data flows, enabling companies to seamlessly pull and push data between Incent and other core CRM, ERP and HCM platforms. Built on a common SQL language, Xactly Connect integrates easily with other core ETL solutions, without requiring IT to learn another cloud platform or go through any additional training. The system also supports notifications and audit history for better data management.
New UI Provides Unmatched Data Access and Control
From analyzing invocations and statistics, to building and modifying processes, the Xactly Connect UI provides a new level of visibility into data integration and automation processes. Designed to easily serve both technical and less-technical users, such as compensation administrators, the UI delivers a visual experience that cannot be achieved through the traditional command-line format. Through an easy-to-use dashboard, users can easily see what data movement has occurred and when, and make changes to scheduling and transformation rules to move with the dynamics of their business.
Direct Integration with Workday
Managing sales compensation payments is most frequently a function that falls between sales, finance and HR. Though the new API, customers can gain full data access and authentication between Xactly Incent and all Workday elements. As such, data can flow freely between the systems, enabling users to pull key information through Workday RaaS (Reporting as a Service).
Broader Ecosystem Connections with JDBC Driver Support
The addition of JDBC driver support expands the number of ways customers, systems integrators, and third-party development partners can programmatically use Xactly Connect. With it, users can integrate with an even larger ecosystem of JDBC-compliant ETL and BI applications and have the ability to do everything from writing ad-hoc queries against Incent tables to creating sophisticated data transformation mappings and processes. Xactly Connect already provides connectivity to the platform through an ODBC driver and REST APIs.
The new UI will be available in the second half of 2017.
