Correction: Share purchase by Yara Management

Oslo, 22 February 2021: Yara EVP Global Plants & Operational Excellence Pål Hestad purchased 1,000 shares on Monday 22 February at a price of NOK 422.6513 per share.

Following this purchase Pål Hestad owns 6,634 Yara shares.
